Bay Women's Health physicians are Board certified in the practice of OB/GYN, belong to the American College of Surgeons, American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and have spent almost 75 years in Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties. Doctors Popkin and Stern were named "Top Doc in Baltimore" by their peers in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Care is given with experience and based on evidence based medicine. We take care of normal and high-risk pregnancies and aim to fulfill desired birth plans. Gynecological care begins with the adolescent and continues through late stages of life. With great dedication and loyalty to our patients, we have delivered babies in families for generations, as the cycle of life continues.
